Our site is located in Petőfibánya on Temető Street—accessible via a high-quality asphalt road leading right up to the entrance—situated 2 km from the Route 21 dual-carriageway and 12 km from the Hatvan exit of the M3 motorway.

The site comprises an 18,000 m² completely flat area; it is accessible without weight or size restrictions and is not situated within a surface water protection zone.

Warehouse buildings are available with a total floor area of 5,200 m², ranging in size from 100 m² to 5,200 m². The buildings can be subdivided according to specific size requirements.
The site boasts excellent industrial power supply capabilities, with a total capacity of 3x940 amperes, ensuring the smooth operation of energy-intensive activities. Most warehouse halls are equipped with heating and cooling systems and feature either sandwich panel insulation or 40 cm brick walls with additional insulation; each is equipped with at least one large industrial gate. The buildings have internal ceiling heights ranging from 3.5 to 6 meters, and the flooring consists of heavy-duty industrial concrete. All warehouse units are fitted with energy-efficient LED lighting, while also benefiting from excellent natural light and sun exposure.
